Additionally, as a veteran, he advocates for advancing veterans’ employment and promoting U.S. leadership in advanced energy. Before his current role, Earle held senior-level management positions within the renewable industry, overseeing operations and maintenance of more than 500 wind turbines in Texas and Oklahoma.
