Withers’ background includes 40 years of experience in construction and construction management in the petroleum, chemical, and power generation industries throughout the United States, Middle East, North Africa, and South America. He was previously employed by Alliant Energy, Brown & Root, and Foster Wheeler, holding senior management positions in each.
