STAHLWILLE manufactures high-grade tightening tools and intelligent torquing technology for applications in industry, car workshops and aerospace. The company was certified as early as 1992 in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001.
An irrefutable sign of STAHLWILLE's capability in the field of torque and torquing tools is the fact that the company's calibration laboratory was recognised and certified for torque by the German Calibration Service (DKD) in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 back in 1997. This means that torque wrenches can be calibrated and official DKD calibration certificates issued by us.
Our range of products also includes intelligent tool organisation systems tailored to meet the needs of specific industries or individual customers. One example of this is the "Tool Control System" (TCS), which received the prestigious Aerospace Industry Award. A key feature of this system is that it shows the worker unmistakably if a tool is missing by displaying bright yellow. With regard to the aerospace industry in particular, this represents a considerable safety factor. In this field more than any other, a tool "left behind" in a jet engine at the end of the shift is a real hazard.
The inlays of the “Tool Control System” fit very well in tool trolleys, tool cabinets and tool boxes. They are made to contain and protect all sorts of tightening tools like spanners, ratchets, sockets, screw drivers and pliers.
STAHLWILLE products are manufactured at our own production locations which are all exclusively in Germany - from the design stage through to the finished product. And we document this by the Stahlwille quality seal "forged and finished in Germany".
